The morning sun mostly, I can't wake in the cloudy or rainy days.  And when there's people at home, or I'm at home, its the people making too much noise and arguing, i'll just shut the door and go back to bed...my alarm clock can be annoying as well, depends which I'm using. But I'll turn that off and go back to bed again.
